Returns & Refunds

-V Element will accept returns on merchandise within 3 day , provided the item is unopened and in as-new, resalable condition.

-Customers are responsible for return shipments unless the received item is damaged , defective , or incorrect. Once the item has been received by V Element , a refund for the item will be processed and issued , excluding the shipping fee.

-Refunds will be processed within 7 business days after receiving the returned item.

-Collectibles , trading cards , discontinued merchandise , and items marked as special , markdown , clearance , Door Crashers , or on sale , are considered as FINAL SALE.
