  • Orders are not allowed for exchange of the item, but customers can request cancellation if the order has not yet been shipped. Please Contact Us will issue a refund within 7 business days. Customers should then proceed to place a new order for the desired item.
    If a customer decides to remove items or reduce quantities of their order, please Contact Us. Please note that quantity and price may vary and are subject to change.
  • Orders are shipped using Canada Post. Packages will be shipped to the provided shipping address, please review your order for accuracy before submitting.
    Customers will receive an email confirming that payment has been received, and a second email announcing that your package has been shipped.
  • If your order says “in process” for over a week, please Contact Us to check the status and provide you with additional information
    If your order has been returned to us due to “moved/unknown”, “incomplete address”, or “unclaimed”, a refund will be issued for the item itself, excluding shipping fees. Please ensure that you provide accurate shipping information to avoid such issues and restocking fees.
